Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks and season with salt and pepper.
Dredge the chicken pieces in flour, then dip them into the beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
In a frying pan, heat about 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.
Add the coated chicken pieces to the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Once fried, place the chicken nuggets on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy your homemade, crispy chicken nuggets.
