Crispy & Healthy Broccoli Kebab Recipe

Preheat oven to 200°C and boil broccoli for 3 minutes, then drain. 

Mix broccoli with egg, salt, cheese, and breadcrumbs in a bowl. 

Shape mixture into portions and place on a greased baking pan. 

Bake for 15–18 minutes, then grill for 3–4 minutes until golden. 

Cool slightly before serving or pan-fry if oven unavailable. 

Freeze shaped portions for up to a week and cook directly from frozen.
