Hasselback potatoes are the perfect side dish for any meal.
To make this 4 medium potatoes, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp melted butter, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp rosemary, salt & pepper, fresh parsley.
Carefully slice the potatoes, leaving about 1/4 inch at the bottom intact.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture generously over the potatoes.
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
Slice and serve the delicious egg and bacon pie.
