Mix flour, salt, and oil, add water and knead into a soft dough, then cover for 1 hour.
Grind onions, chillies, coriander leaves, and garlic into a coarse mixture.
Mash potatoes, then mix in the onion paste, salt, and cumin powder.
Roll out a small portion of dough and add the filling.
Fold, seal the edges, and fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
Drain and serve the crispy stuffed snacks.
