Potatoes, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and oil for frying.
Oil the potatoes until tender and Peel or mash them once soft.
Add cheese, milk, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes and mix until creamy and smooth.
Shape the mixture into small, even croquettes and make them into cylinders or round balls.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the croquettes until golden and crispy on all sides.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy them.
