Add ingredients: 1 lb large shrimp, 1 cup shredded coconut, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, Salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 cup flour.
Take a bowl, whisk flour, eggs. Then combine with shredded coconut and breadcrumbs.
Coat the shrimp in flour, then lightly dip it in the beaten eggs. Finally press it into the coconut mixture, pressing gently with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Fry the breaded shrimp in the oil for 2-3 minutes, until it turns golden and crispy.
Remove the shrimp after complete fry. Drain the excess oil on paper towels. Now, serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
