– 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken – 1 cup mashed potatoes – 1 onion (finely chopped) – 2 green chilies (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped) – 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp garam masala – ½ tsp turmeric powder – 1 tsp red chili powder – Salt to taste – 1 cup breadcrumbs – 2 eggs (beaten) – Oil for frying
1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, onion, green chilies, and coriander. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. 3. Combine well into a smooth mixture.
1. Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a flat oval or round patty. 2. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
– Dip each cutlet in the beaten eggs. – Roll in breadcrumbs, ensuring an even coating.
– Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. – Shallow or deep fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides. – Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
– Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney. – Pair with a fresh salad for a wholesome meal. – Enjoy as a snack, appetizer, or in sandwiches!
