– Bread slices – Mozzarella or processed cheese – 2 tbsp milk – 2 tbsp flour (for sealing) – Bread crumbs (for coating) – Oil (for frying)
Trim the edges of bread slices and use a rolling pin to flatten them. This helps in easy rolling.
Place a cheese strip in the center of each bread slice. You can also mix in herbs or spices for extra flavor.
Roll the bread tightly around the cheese. Use a flour and milk paste to seal the edges properly.
Dip the rolls in milk, then coat them with bread crumbs for a crispy finish.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until they turn crispy and golden brown. Drain excess oil on a paper towel.
Serve hot with ketchup, garlic mayo, or your favorite dip. Perfect for Iftar!
