Cubed potatoes, sendha namak (rock salt), black pepper, lemon juice, ghee.

Cut Potatoes

Peel and cut the boiled potatoes into small cubes for perfect crispiness

Heat ghee in a pan. Add cubed potatoes & fry until golden & crispyMix all ingredients well to form a soft dough.
