You'll need filo pastry, melted butter, mixed nuts, sugar, cinnamon, honey, and lemon juice.
In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup honey, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, and 3/4 cup water.
Pulse walnuts about 10 times in a food processor until coarsely ground/ finely chopped.

Brush filo sheets with melted butter, layer, add nuts, and repeat.

Cut into diamonds or squares and bake until golden and crispy.

Boil honey, sugar, and lemon juice, then pour over hot baklava.

Serve hot & enjoy! A perfect light meal.
