Make Crispy Broccoli Fritters Recipe

Ingredients

You need a broccoli, eggs, garlic and onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, cheese, spring onion and dill.

Cut The Broccoli

Cut your broccoli into florets, wash and steam for 6 minutes or boil for 8 minutes.

Add Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, eggs, Parmesan, flour, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Fry

take a non-stick panand add the oil Scoop out 3 tbsp mounds of the broccoli mixture into the pan, flattening the mounds slightly with a spatula.

Cook the fritters for 2 to 3 minutes, flip them once, and cook them for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until they're golden brown.
