Crispy And Gooey Potato Cheese Balls

Ingredients Needed

3 boiled potatoes (mashed) – 1 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) – 1/2 cup breadcrumbs – 1/4 cup cornflour – Spices: chili flakes, pepper, and salt to taste – Oil for frying

Prepare The Mixture

1. Mash the boiled potatoes. 2. Add grated cheese, chili flakes, pepper, and salt. 3. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Shape And Fill

1. Take a small portion of the mixture and flatten it in your palm. 2. Place a small cheese cube in the center. 3. Seal the edges and roll into a ball. Repeat for all.

Coat The Balls

1. Mix cornflour with a little water to form a slurry. 2. Dip each ball in the slurry, then roll it in breadcrumbs for a crispy coating.

Fry Until Golden

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls until they’re golden brown and crispy.

Serve And Enjoy
