– 2 cups elbow macaroni – 2 tbsp butter – 2 tbsp all-purpose flour – 2 cups milk – 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese – 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined) – 2 cloves garlic (minced) – Salt and pepper to taste – Paprika (optional, for garnish)
