You need a 1 kg chicken, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 cup onions, 1 tbsp lime juice, salt as per taste, oil, some spices, coriander leaves, cooking cream, saffron, clove.
Take a bowl, add greek yogurt, squeezed lime juice, ginger-garlic paste, salt, garam masala and mix.
Add 2 pounds of rinsed skinless bone-in chicken. Coat well with the marinade. Cover the bowl with a cling wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cloves, peppercorns, onions, green chilies and cook for 8-10 seconds.
Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes, until the chicken is slightly browned. Now add 1 cup of water and mix well.
Now add unsweetened heavy cream, milk, saffron, white pepper powder, cardamom powder & cook for 2 min.
Add crushed crispy fried onions and cook for 4-5 minutes, Kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala, and mix well.
Your perfect Creamy malai chicken curry is ready. Serve and hot.
