Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe: The Perfect Meal With Mini Croutons

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F), toss bread with oil and salt, and bake for 8-10 minutes to make croutons.

Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in a pot until crispy. Set both aside.

Chop the cooked chicken into small cubes. 

In the same pot, saute onion, garlic, celery, carrot, and thyme, then add flour and milk, followed by stock and water.

Bring to a simmer, then cook pasta and corn for 5 minutes, adding peas and chicken in the last 2 minutes. 

Serve soup with croutons, crispy bacon, and parsley. Enjoy!
