– 2 chicken breasts (thinly sliced) – 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning – 1 cup heavy cream – 1/2 cup grated parmesan – 1 tbsp olive oil – 1 bell pepper, sliced – 200g pasta (penne or fettuccine) – Salt and pepper to taste
Start by cooking the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Coat chicken with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the seasoned chicken until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
In the same pan, toss in bell peppers and cook until soft and slightly charred.
Add cream to the pan, bring to a simmer, and mix in parmesan cheese until smooth.
Stir in cooked pasta and chicken.
Top with extra Cajun seasoning and Add a sprinkle of parmesan for an extra kick, and enjoy this creamy and spicy Cajun chicken pasta!
