Lingkan Reang
Saute garlic in butter until aromatic, then add onions and carrots.
Stir in flour and cook until the raw smell disappears.
Add broccoli, salt, and white pepper, mix well for a few minutes.
Pour in vegetable stock and milk, combine, and simmer covered for 8-10 minutes.
Stir in cream and mix until smooth.
Serve hot with breadsticks.
