Dry roast onion, chillies, and cashews with water until onion softens.
Puree the mixture in a blender.
Heat ghee, add shahi jeera, then the pureed mix.
Cook, then add sugar, salt, garam masala, and stir.
Add curd, paneer, kasuri methi, and mix well.
Finish with cream and coriander, then serve.
