Blend cashews and yogurt, then mix with all marinade ingredients.
Add chicken to the marinade and let it sit for 2 hours.
Heat ghee, saute onions and green chillies for 2 minutes.
Add marinated chicken, stir fry for 3-5 minutes, then cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
Stir in leftover marinade, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning and add sugar if needed.
Cook on low heat for 2 more minutes, then serve with roti or naan.
