In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices, lemon juice, salt, and oil, then add chicken cubes, coat well, and let it marinate for 1-3 hours.
For grilling, preheat the grill to 200°C (392°F), thread the chicken onto skewers, and grill for 10-15 minutes; for stovetop, cook the chicken in a heated pan with oil for 7-8 minutes.
Mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and chili flakes, spread on bread slices, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Top the garlic bread with cooked chicken tikka, add mozzarella cheese if desired, and bake for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
Add veggies like onions, bell peppers, or tomatoes for extra flavor, or, spice up the marinade with more chili flakes or green chilies.
Garnish with fresh cilantro (optional) and serve hot.
