2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup unsalted butter, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, 2 large eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup dried cranberries, 1 cup white chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving 2 inches of space between each cookie.
Bake for 12-14 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
