Grind the Blue Tokai beans to a moderately fine texture.

Grind The Coffee Beans

Heat 250ml of filtered water, bring it to a boil and let it sit for about 30 seconds.

Boil The Water

Position the filter in the V60 dripper and rinse with hot water to clear any paper flavour. Finally discard the rinse water.

Prepare The Dripper And Filter

Pour the coffee grounds into the V60 dripper.

Add The Coffee Grounds

Begin by pouring about 30-50ml of water over the coffee grounds. Let it bloom for 30 seconds.

Start Brewing

Slowly pour the remaining water, and let it drip through until you have around 250ml of brewed coffee.

Gradually Pour And Let The Coffee Brew

Once the drip is complete, remove the V60 and serve your flavoured coffee.
