Ripe mango, red bell pepper, red onion, fresh coriander, lime juice, salt, pepper, optional green chili.
Chop everything into small, even pieces.

1 Teaspoon cayenne pepper or paprika or red chili powder.

Toss it all together in a bowl. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Let it sit for 5–10 mins at room temp before chilling.

Serve with nachos, tacos, or grilled chicken.
