Lingkan Reang
Rinse matta rice (short or long grain red rice) thoroughly until water runs clear.
Add plenty of water to the pressure cooker and cover the rice.
Pressure cook for 4 whistles, then let the pressure release naturally.
Check if rice is cooked, then drain it in a colander.
Rinse the rice under cold water to remove excess starch.
Let the rice strain for 10–15 minutes, then serve with curry.
