Lingkan Reang
Coat chicken with flour, salt, and pepper, and set aside.
Saute potatoes and carrots in sesame oil until browned, then set aside.
Cook chicken in oil until browned, then add to the potatoes.
Saute onions in butter, then add ginger, garlic, and spices.
Stir in flour, cook for 2-3 mins, then add chicken stock and deglaze the pan.
Add soy sauce, sugar, ketchup, and chicken/vegetables, cook until done, and serve over rice.
