– 1 cup Nutella – 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream – 1 tsp vanilla extract – Optional: Chocolate shavings or hazelnuts for garnish
In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and stir in the coffee powder and vanilla extract.
Pour the hot cream mixture over the chopped dark chocolate. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth and glossy.
Refrigerate the mixture for 2-3 hours or until firm enough to scoop.
Scoop small portions of the mixture, roll into balls, and coat with cocoa powder or powdered sugar.
