2 scoops vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup milk, and optional whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Brew a cup of strong coffee and let it cool.
Heat ghee in a pan.
In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
Add the vanilla ice cream to the blender and mix until smooth.
Add the milk to the blender and mix until the desired consistency is reached.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the sweetness or coffee flavor as needed.
Pour the mocha shake into a glass and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired. Enjoy your delicious mocha treat!
