Lingkan Reang
Blend coconut until fine.
Melt jaggery with water, strain, and mix with coconut in a pan.
Cook until thick, then add cardamom powder and ghee, cool the mixture.
Make dough with water, ghee, flour, and salt, then let it rest for 15 minutes.
Divide dough and filling into balls, roll and flatten into rotis.
Cook the rotis on a hot pan until golden on both sides and serve.
