Preheat oven to 250°C with bottom rod on.
Grease a baking tray, roll out dough into a round shape with a border.
Spoon sauce over the dough, then top with cheese and tomatoes.
Season with salt and pepper, and brush oil on the dough edges.
Bake on the bottom rack for 10-15 minutes, then grill on the top rack for 2-5 minutes until golden.
Remove, sprinkle with fresh basil, slice, and serve.
