For a boiled egg sandwich, boil the eggs until hard-cooked, peel, and chop. For a scrambled egg sandwich, scramble with a bit of butter and seasoning.
In a bowl, mix chopped or scrambled eggs, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Spread the egg mixture onto one slice of bread, add optional toppings like lettuce or tomato, and cover with the second slice.
For extra flavor, try adding a slice of cheese or a sprinkle of paprika to the filling.
Heat a pan with a small amount of butter. Place the sandwich in the pan and grill on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Cut in half for easy eating and enjoy your delicious egg sandwich!
