Whisk cream, milk, sugar, and agar agar in a saucepan, then cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Once hot with small bubbles, remove from heat and add vanilla, mixing well.
Pour into bowls, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
For the sauce, blend strawberries, icing sugar, and lemon juice until smooth, adding water if needed.
To serve, dip pudding bowls in hot water for 5 seconds, then invert onto plates.
Drizzle with strawberry sauce and enjoy.
