Indulge in a luxurious chocolate olive oil mousse this holiday season.
200g Dark Chocolate, 1/4 cup Olive Oil, 1/2 cup Cream, 2 tbsp Sugar, 1 tsp Vanilla, Pinch of Salt.
Gently melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth.
Whisk in olive oil until fully incorporated. The richness of olive oil adds depth to the mousse.
Whisk heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until soft peaks form.
Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and chill for 2 hours before serving.
