Chocolate Clementine Torte – Decadent Delight

Ingredients

Clementines, butter, sugar, eggs, almonds, vanilla, baking powder, and salt.

Boil Clementines

Start by boiling the clementines in water for about 1 hour, until soft and tender.

Blend Clementines

Once the clementines are cooked, blend them into a smooth puree.

Melt Chocolate & Butter

Melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth and glossy.

Whisk Eggs & Sugar

Whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

Bake Torte

Pour the batter into a greased cake tin and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes.
