Start by preparing your pie crust. If using a ready-made crust, just place it into your pie pan and set it aside.
Melt the dark chocolate with the espresso powder. Stir until smooth and combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream mixture until smooth and combined.
Pour the chocolate cappuccino mixture into your prepared pie crust. Smooth the top and chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Once chilled, top with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder or chocolate shavings. Serve and enjoy the rich, creamy goodness.
