Lingkan Reang
Prepare a batter with coating ingredients, dip paneer, and deep fry until golden.
Mix sauces in a bowl and set aside.
Saute ginger, garlic, and chillies in oil, then add onions and capsicum.
Season with salt, sugar, chilli powder, and the mixed sauces, cook briefly.
Add fried paneer, toss well, and garnish with spring onions.
Serve hot with noodles or fried rice.
