1 cup baby corn, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/2 cup cornstarch, 1/2 cup water, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2-3 crushed dried red chillies, 1 tbsp soy sauce.

Wash and pat dry the baby corn. Remove any husks or silk.

In a bowl, mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Dip each baby corn in the batter, then coat in cornstarch.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated baby corn until crispy and golden.

Mix crushed chillies, soy sauce and a little water to create a spicy sauce.

Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the chicken and sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated.
