Chicken Tikka Masala: Perfectly Spiced, Creamy Delight For Your Dinner

Marinate chicken with spices, yogurt, oil, lemon juice, salt, and ginger garlic paste for 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 250°C, cook chicken on a lined tray for 12-15 mins, flipping halfway.

Brush with oil, sprinkle with ghee/butter and chaat masala.

Saute ginger garlic paste, onions, and spices in butter until golden brown.

Add tomato puree, cook until oil separates, then stir in chicken tikka pieces and simmer.

Add cream to the curry and cook until it become thick.

Add cream, garnish with coriander, and serve with rice or roti.
