Lingkan Reang
Marinate chicken with spices, yogurt, and lemon juice, grill at 250°C for 12-15 minutes.
Brush with ghee, sprinkle chaat masala, and set aside.
Saute ginger garlic paste, onions, and spices in butter until golden.
Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
Simmer grilled chicken in the sauce with water for 10-15 minutes.
Stir in cream, garnish with coriander, and serve with rice or roti.
