Lingkan Reang
Soak cashews in warm water, blend into a fine paste.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, saute whole spices, onions, and green chilies.
Add ginger garlic paste, chicken, thin coconut milk, and salt, pressure cook for 2 whistles.
Add vegetables, pressure cook for 1-2 whistles, and let steam escape naturally.
Stir in cashew paste, simmer, then add thick coconut milk and coriander leaves.
Simmer for 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
