Lingkan Reang
Mix meatball ingredients and form small balls.
Sear meatballs in hot oil for 8-10 minutes, then set aside.
Saute cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, and carrots in the same oil.
Add water, chicken stock cube, salt, pepper, and soy sauce, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes, then stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken.
Squeeze lemon juice, mix well, and serve immediately.
