Mix meatball ingredients and shape into balls, then fry until golden.
Saute garlic, onion, and chilli in the same oil until golden, then add salt and sugar.
Add tomato puree, chilli, and pepper powder, and cook until the sauce reduces.
Stir in water, oregano, basil, and meatballs, then simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Fry eggs in a pan, then assemble sandwiches with bread, egg, cheese, coriander, and meatballs.
Toast the sandwich in butter until golden on both sides, then serve hot.
