Chicken Manchow Soup Recipe: A Classic Indo-Chinese Comfort Food

Pressure cook chicken with turmeric, salt, and water, then filter the stock and shred the chicken. 

Saute ginger, garlic, and spring onion, then add shredded veggies and cook until tender.

Add red chilli paste, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and chicken stock, then bring to a boil. 

Stir in the cooked chicken, then thicken the soup with cornstarch mixed with cold water.

Beat eggs and pour them into the soup while stirring to create egg threads. 

Top with crispy fried noodles and spring onion greens, then serve hot.
