Lingkan Reang
Wash and clean the chicken.
Marinate with half of the ginger-garlic paste and curd, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Heat oil, and fry whole masala and onions until golden brown.
Add remaining ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and spices, and saute.
Add chicken, fry for 5-10 minutes, then add water and salt.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes, then add garam masala and garnish with coriander.
