250g Chenna, 100g Sugar, 2 tbsp Ghee, 1 tsp Cardamom, 2 tbsp Semolina, 1 tbsp Cashews & Raisins.
Mash the chenna until smooth and soft, removing any excess moisture.
Grease a baking dish with ghee, ensuring it’s well-coated.
Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40-45 minutes.
When perfectly baked, the Chenna Poda turns golden and slightly caramelized.
Slice and serve your warm, fragrant Chenna Poda with a smile!
