Sunny Priyan
2 slices of bread, 1/2 cup spinach leaves, 2 tbsp cheese, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp mayonnaise or cream cheese, Salt and pepper to taste.
Saute chopped spinach in a pan for 1-2 minutes until wilted; season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice, and mayo or cream cheese on the other for extra flavour.
On the non-buttered side, add sauteed spinach and sprinkle with your choice of cheese.
Top with the second slice, buttered side out, and grill on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and melted.
Once the sandwich is crispy and the cheese is gooey, remove from the pan and cut it in half. Serve hot.
