Saute onions in butter on high heat, then add sweetcorn and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, and sugar, transfer to a bowl and mix with mayonnaise and mozzarella.
Heat a sizzler plate, grease it with butter, and spread the corn mixture on top.
Add remaining mozzarella cheese as a topping.
Broil at 250°C for 2-4 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Serve hot on the wooden sizzler plate base.
