1 cup boiled corn kernels, 1/2 cup grated cheese, 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 tsp black pepper, Salt to taste, 1-2 tbsp chopped coriander, 1/2 tsp oregano (optional), oil for frying.
In a bowl, mix boiled corn kernels, grated cheese, flour, black pepper, salt, oregano, and chopped coriander. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into small round or oval nugget shapes using your hands.
Roll the shaped nuggets in breadcrumbs to coat them evenly.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the nuggets in hot oil until golden and crispy on all sides (about 3-4 minutes).
Drain the excess oil on paper towel and serve hot. Enjoy!
