1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup sugar, ½ cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, ½ cup vegetable oil, 2 tsp vanilla extract, ½ cup boiling water, 2 cups chocolate chips.
Combine 1 ½ cups flour, 1 cup sugar, ½ cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, and ½ tsp salt.
Stir in 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, ½ cup oil, and 2 tsp vanilla extract. Mix until smooth, then add ½ cup boiling water for a thinner batter.
Pour the batter into greased heart-shaped pans and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Heat 1 cup heavy cream and pour over 2 cups chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and let cool to room temperature.
Frost the cooled cakes with ganache, stack, and decorate with chocolate shavings or berries for a delicious finish.
