Celebrate Republic Day With A Flavorful Tricolor Pulao

Rinse 1 cup of basmati rice thoroughly. Soak for 20 minutes, then drain the rice.

Prepare The Rice

 Heat ghee, add cumin seeds, cloves. Sauté onions and ginger-garlic paste until golden. Add the spinach and add rice.

Make The Green Layer

In a separate pan, sauté the carrot puree with cumin seeds and a pinch of salt. Cook the rice in this mixture until tender.

Make The Orange Layer

Once the rice layers are ready, boil the normal rice and Cook on low heat to blend the flavors.

Cook White Rice

Serve your Tricolor Pulao with raita, pickle, or a side of vegetables. Enjoy the vibrant flavors as you celebrate Republic Day.
