Ingredients needed – Almonds, Makhana, Milk, Sugar or jaggery, Saffron & cardamom.
Lightly roast the makhana and almonds in ghee for a rich, nutty flavor.
Boil milk, add roasted makhana and almonds, and let it simmer until creamy and thick.
Sweeten with sugar or jaggery, and flavor with saffron and cardamom for an aromatic touch.
Serve warm or chilled, garnished with slivers of almonds, pistachio and saffron for a festive finish.
